Dimitris is honestly the best! He’s always super friendly, warm and ready to help. He even helped me move my heavy luggage when I first arrived, which made me feel so welcome. I have lived here for a year and the room is full of space. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to James and Angela. Living here was very comfortable. When I needed to do some cleaning, I could always go to reception to borrow some tools, which also saved some of my expenses.

An excellent new building with all fantastic facility in the building. Staffs are very warm and friendly. They always help to solve any issue you have. The room are really clean and nice. Each room got full size double bed and complete kitchen appliance and a super soft sofa. The room is idea design for study and also for relax.

-The stylish interior design and a clean environment are overwhelming -Reasonably priced accommodation in a good location. Great location with only 2 min walks to the bus stop so it is easy to get to uni and also very close to the town center -Love having access to the on-site gym especially during winter without even needing to walk to the gym outside. There are plenty of social spaces such as study rooms, party rooms, lounges as well as a cinema -The staffs are fantastic, friendly, and forever helpful. Overall 5 star rating in all aspects! There is nothing I think could be improved as everything is superb as it is! -sabrina

I am leaving this review with a great deal of frustration regarding a promised £500 cashback incentive. I stayed at this property from September 2025 to December 2025. Before signing my contract, I took the necessary precautions to confirm my eligibility for the cashback code with both the sales team and the on-site reception. Both parties explicitly assured me that the code was valid for my stay. However, after following up multiple times throughout my residency, I was finally told in February 2026 that I am ineligible because my stay did not meet the minimum week requirement. While I understand that terms and conditions apply, I do not understand why I was repeatedly given false confirmation by staff members. I was essentially misled into a contract under the impression I would receive £500 back. It is disappointing to be given the run-around for months only to be denied what was promised. Prospected residents should be wary of any incentives promised by the team here.
